At Wooderful Life Qatar, coffee isn’t just a drink — it’s an experience. We are looking for an energetic, skilled, and customer-focused Barista to bring our beverages to life and create memorable moments for every guest.

Location: Gewan Island, Qatar

About the Role:

As a Barista at Wooderful Life Qatar, you will be the heart of our café, preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll ensure that every cup we serve meets our standards for taste, presentation, and consistency, and that every customer leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to our exacting standards.
Greet, serve, and engage with customers warmly, building positive relationships.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently and safely.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar and seating area at all times.
Handle cash, card transactions, and point-of-sale operations with accuracy.
Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines.
Assist with stock management, inventory counts, and replenishment of supplies.
Support teammates in busy periods and contribute to a positive team spirit.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous barista experience preferred; training can be provided for the right candidate.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about brewing techniques and latte art.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak hours.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
