Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and licensed Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore physical function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide physiotherapy treatments such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation programs.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and reports.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and facility policies.
- Participate in case discussions and continuous professional development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
- Valid Qatar Physiotherapy License (QCHP/DHP) or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or post-operative rehabilitation.
- Experience in a home healthcare setting is an advantage.
